Product Name: Radiator
Product Description: This is a specially built aluminum radiator that was manufactured to fit the space available on a 1937 Ford Wild Rod. After providing the clearances to the manufacturer, the radiator was built to include the air conditioning condenser (see arrow), the position of the radiator cap, the position of the intake and output tubes, the angle of the radiator, and the location of the mounting bolts. A wooden model was first constructed to establish the exact measurements needed. Once these measurements were established, they were given to the radiator manufacturer. They then designed and built the radiator to a set of specifications for this vehicle only. Also, it was important to note the angle and position of the radiator cap as well as the output tube of the radiator to the water pump. Building a wooden model helped determine these specifications. See photos 3,-5 for Additional Street Rod Building Tips.
